IMPACTED BY A RECENT STORM?

You may have damage to your property that would qualify for full replacement through your insurance. Book a free inspection today.

The Alpha Process

1. Property Inspection.

Alpha Inspectors are certified on residential and commercial roofing systems, with expertise in understanding claimable damage that is paid for and approved through the insurance process.

Always complimentary.

2. File Claim & Approve Agreement.

If storm-related damage is evident, Alpha is available to assist in calling in the claim and beginning the process. Our simple one-page Contingency Agreement is our handshake on paper, giving Alpha approval from the property owner to discuss the details of your project with most insurance carriers.

3. Adjuster Meeting & Approval.

Alpha will take photos as part of our preparation for meeting with your insurance adjuster. This due diligence makes the process smooth and expedites any repair needs. On the day of your adjuster meeting, Alpha will walk the property with the insurance adjuster to ensure that all the storm-related damage is properly assessed for their initial estimate.

4. Review & Supplement.

Alpha’s estimators will review the initial adjusters report & supplement accordingly for any items that were incorrect in measurement or value, and submit for final approval. Once this stage is completed, a Project Manager from Alpha will schedule the work accordingly.

5. Alpha Build Day.

Upon approval by the insurance company, Alpha will order all materials and schedule your project. The first check is due on the date of the installation, with the remaining check(s) due once all our work is completed in accordance with the insurance company approval and issuance of final payment on the project.

Remember: nearly all the work we do here at Alpha is 100% paid for and approved by insurance.

We work with all insurance companies.

Nearly all the work we do is 100% paid for and approved by insurance.

Early on, we invested in the same software systems utilized by the leading insurance companies so that we would be able to properly compare measurements, materials, and labor pricing for every element of your project. This investment allows us the ability to work alongside your insurance company.

YOU DON'T CARRY "ROOF INSURANCE."

HOMEOWNER TIP:

As a homeowner, you carry property insurance, not roof insurance. This is important to note, as most “roofers” will only look at the roof and fail to take into account the full damage to the property that is claimable, storm-related damage, which should be assessed by an adjuster to obtain full replacement value. We take a look at everything that should be considered in restoring your property to pre-storm condition.
